Do I get to see a sample before you print my order?
Sample will be provided through e-mail, fax or paper.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 72 hours. Express delivery is available at increased cost.
Will I be notified after my delivery has shipped?
Definitely! A tracking number will be provided via e-mail.
Do you take overseas orders?
Yes!
What kind of artwork files do you accept?
PSD, AI, JPEG, GIF, TIF, EPS, BMP, PNG, PDF, CDR, ZIP
How do I get my artwork to you?
Please use the form on the Contact page. We currently accept files 2.5 MB or smaller. Should you need to send us something larger, please contact us using the same form to find an alternative.
I have several designs, do they all add up to one order?
No, each one would be considered separate due to printing. Shipping, however, would be combined.
Do you offer youth sizes?
Yes, infants and toddlers as well.
Do you offer 2X, 3X, 4X, etc size shirts?
Yes.
Can I mix the shirt sizes in my order?
Yes.
Can I mix the shirt types in my order? T-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, etc.?
Yes.
Can I have different ink colors on different colored shirts?
Yes.
If I reorder, do you keep my artwork?
Yes, on digital file.
Are your T-shirts screen printed or are they iron-on transfers?
They are printed via ink-jet printer.
Will the printing fade on my shirts after a few washings?
After several washings, yes they will start to fade, but they will not peel off as sometimes happens with silk-screening.
What is the largest file size I can print on a t-shirt?
14"x16"
I already have shirts, will you print on them?
Yes, but materials must be cotton or polyester, no spandex materials.
Do you sell transfers I can apply to my own shirts?
No.

Do the prices of the products become lower when I buy larger quantities?
Yes.
Do you offer special prices to trade, non-profit, or schools?
Yes, to all.
Can I get less than the minimum order.
We currently have no minimum.
